About Genealogy House

   Owner Linda L. Roghaar is a publishing professional, in the book business continuously since her days working in a bookstore in the 1970s. A literary  agent since 1996, she started White River Press in 2006 to help published authors who – for whatever reason – could not find a home in traditional publishing. This publishing experience, coupled with her  interest  in genealogy and her myriad contacts with writers, editors, and designers, is the foundation for     Genealogy House, a division of White River Press.
